1. Services

>>Due to the nature of beauty and personal care services, all services are non-refundable once completed.

>>If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately before leaving the salon or within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to correct the issue or offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion.

2. Gift Cards

>>Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

>>Gift cards have no cash value and must be used toward services only.

>>Gift cards issued by Brow Spa 24 Jordan Landing before August 2023 is not valid at this location.
